- Treat the painful site.
- Use F60 or F90 setting, comfortable energy.
- Massage the area 3-5 minutes; find sticky point and massage until stickiness disappears.
- Switch your device to FM and work area around elbow for 3-5 minutes.
You can do this 2-3 times a day.
