SCENAR Health uses the Australia
Post Registered Mail System to deliver your order.
All Parcels will be
delivered to the provided address and will require a signature on
receipt. It is recommend to provide a work address for delivery if no
one is home during business hours.
Parcels will be plain and unmarked
for privacy and security. They will be dispatched on the same day the
order is received providing the order is received before 12:15pm (EST)
and goods are in stock. If the item is not in stock, allow extra 2-3
working days for shipment. If we are unable to deliver within this time
frame you will be contacted with an adjusted delivery date.

Outside Australia
Air Mail take up to 14 days for Delivery.
We used Australia Parcel Post for all our international orders. Please
note we are not responsible if parcel are withheld at custom or lost
during transit. We do offer Fedex for shipment in which all parcel are
trackable at every point during transit and custom clearance is done
before shipment.
Please contact us if you wish to send via Fedex.
Delivery Charges Within Australia
A flat delivery charge of $15 is charged on all devices, blankets and
blanket accessories. Please do not use our on line facility to order if
you wish to combine postage.
Delivery Charges Outside Australia
Charges for freight will be at cost
and based on the tables set out by Australia Post . To confirm rates
